Hi! I'm Jackie.
If you meet me in person, I'll introduce myself as "Jacqueline Stine", especially in professional settings. It just feels more professional 🤣 Then I'll quickly tell you... "but please, call me Jackie. The only person who calls me Jacqueline is my husband!"
I've always loved making things.
But I've realized that what I love even more is teaching people how to make things, do things, and discover a part of themselves they may have missed before.
Teaching has always been one of my favorite parts of my career. From high school on, I've always been a teacher in some capacity. Toddlers in tutus to professionals in uniform, it's defined a part of me for as long as I can remember.
So naturally, when I founded October House Co. I knew one day it would lead me back to teaching.
I love helping someone realize they too can do something.
Because sometimes you don't need another productivity goal.
Sometimes you just need permission to breathe. A moment to make something.
And sometimes the thing you make will surprise you!
I am so excited and happy (literal chills as I type this) to be offering many experiences that include helping YOU find your creativity.
These experiences give me the opportunity to help YOU! To teach You!

- My husband is my best friend! We married on October 31, 2009! 🧡
- Our dogs are our children. We've had five babies. Two Boxers and three German Shepherds. Each of them have stole a piece of my heart!

- Painting has always been enjoyable to me since I was a kid and finding it again as an adult is incredible!
- I drive a Jeep Wrangler - bought it for myself on my 30th birthday!
- My storytelling takes detours.
- I enjoy writing more than social media.
- Photography is a hobby and passion of mine, I love capturing unexpected beauty.
