The Process
  1. Complete the questionnaire and submit the form.
  2. You will receive an email from hello@octoberhouseco.com within 48-72 hours.
  3. Follow the instructions provided in the email to submit photos and receive a quote.
  4. Make the non-refundable deposit to secure your artwork and timeline.
  5. Artwork will be designed and created by me (Jacqueline Stine).
  6. Final payment is submitted.
  7. Your artwork is carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Important Process Reminders

Pictures and deposits should be submitted in a timely manner to secure your artwork and timeline. The design and production process will not begin until pictures and deposit have been received and confirmed.
More About Your Art's Process
  • Your art will be custom designed from scratch by me (Jacqueline) in Adobe Illustrator.
  • The wood is laser cut in my home office.
  • I shape, paint, assemble, and finish you piece by hand.
  • The artwork is carefully packaged and prepped to ship to you.
  • All processes and pieces are shared on my social media. Final reveals will not be posted on social media until after they've been received by you!

When will I get my order?

Please allow 3-5 weeks for design and production.

The timeline will depend on when photographs and deposit have been received and confirmed.

Shipping time is in addition to production time and will depend on options selected.

Size of the finished product is determined by the options selected in the inquiry and design process. Custom architecture work starts at a finished width of 24".

Photo Guidelines

For the best resulted, please send:

  • A straight-on photo of the front of the home (when possible)
  • Clear daylight images
  • Close-up detail shots, if applicable
  • Multiple angles if trees or landscaping block the view

I will do my best to work with any photos you have, especially if it's not current or from vintage photographs and memories.

Important Note:

Each piece is created in my own layered wood style and is an artistic interpretation of the building or house. I focus on capturing the most recognizable and meaningful features while creating a finished piece that feels dimensional, thoughtful, and lasting.

No two houses — or pieces — will ever be exactly the same.
