Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy
Because October House Co. products and experiences are handcrafted and often prepared specifically for each customer, we want to be clear and upfront about what we can (and cannot) offer.

Returns & Eligibility
We accept return requests for ready-made, non-custom physical items that meet the criteria below.
To be eligible:

Request must be made within 5 days of delivery (based on carrier marked delivery date)

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Exchanges & Store Credit
October House Co. does not issue refunds. If your return is approved, we will offer:

An exchange (when inventory is available), or
-
Store credit (issued via code or shop credit)
Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping responsibility will be confirmed during the return approval process.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
This includes (but not limited to):

Custom home designs
-
Personalized name/date items
-
Custom text layouts
-
Any item created or modified specifically for your request
Once design work begins or production starts, the order cannot be canceled.
Workshops, Events & Private Parties
All event registrations and party bookings are non-refundable, because materials are cut, traced, and prepared in advance for each guest.
If you are unable to attend:

Your project will be packaged as a Take & Make Kit

Kits may be picked up locally or shipped at the customer’s expense
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We’ll make it right — which may include a replacement, repair, or another solution based on availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

October House Co. items aren’t mass-produced. Many pieces require custom preparation, and all products are packaged with care in small batches. This policy allows us to:
